Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Bogata Rodeo. Please review all information below before applying.

  • Booth Pricing

    • 12' x 12' booth space: $150 flat fee
    • Booth spaces larger than 12' x 12': $250 flat fee

    Pricing is the same whether you attend one night or all three nights.


    Nonprofits:

    • Information-only booths: Free

    Nonprofits selling items:

    • $75 (12x12)
    • $125 (larger spaces)

  • Vendor Types

    Nonprofit Organizations (Information Only)

    Nonprofits that do not sell items may set up free of charge to share information and hand out flyers.


    Nonprofit Organizations Selling Items

    Must select an approved category and pay reduced booth pricing.


    Vendors

    All vendors must select an approved category before being accepted.

  • Available Categories

    Unlimited Categories

    • Boutiques (no food or toys)
    • Boutiques with toys
    • Hats
    • Jewelry
    • Face Painting
    • Candles / Soaps
    • Western Décor
    • Custom T-Shirts

    Exclusive Food Categories

    Only one vendor per category is allowed.

    These are typically grandfathered each year for returning vendors. If a spot becomes available, it will be announced on the Bogata Rodeo page.

    • Cotton Candy
    • Coffee
    • Popcorn
    • Waffle on a Stick
  • Other Categories

    If your category is not listed, contact 903-575-7768 for approval before applying.

  • Vendor Rules

    • Vendors may sell only the items approved under their selected category
    • Example: A lemonade vendor may not sell cotton candy
    • No weapons (including knives) may be sold
    • No loud items, lasers, popping toys, or anything that may spook animals
    • The association reserves the right to remove any unapproved items at any time

    Violations will result in:

    • Immediate removal
    • No refund
    • Possible ban from future events
  • Setup & Requirements

    Setup Times:

    • Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    • Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • All booths must be fully set up by 6:00 PM Thursday

    Location:

    All booths must be set up inside the arena grounds and in your assigned space.

    You must confirm placement with a rodeo association member before setup.


    Placement:

    Booths are first come, first served within your designated area


    Do Not:

    • Block entrances at any time
    • Set up outside your assigned space

    Equipment:

    Vendors must provide their own:

    • Tents
    • Tables
    • Chairs

    Booths must be freestanding and cannot rely on structures for support.

  • Utilities

    • Each booth will have access to one 110V plug (for lights/fans)
    • No 220V connections available
    • Extension cords must be kept out of walkways
    • Ultra-quiet generators are allowed
  • Additional Policies

    • Pets: No pets allowed inside arena gates
    • Mechanical Bull Vendors: Must provide proof of insurance and signed waivers
    • Bogata Rodeo is not responsible for injuries
  • Payment Policy

    All vendor fees are non-refundable.
